Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Redlands, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, Temporary
Pay Range: $21 - $25/HR
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Redlands on a temporary basis. This position will focus on high-volume invoice processing, data entry, three-way matching, and general AP administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume vendor invoices and perform accurate data entry in SAP.
Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts.
Identify invoice discrepancies and route issues for resolution.
Review invoices for accuracy, required documentation, and approvals.
Monitor invoice queues, outstanding items, and processing backlogs.
Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation.
Assist with vendor inquiries and invoice status research.
Perform other routine Accounts Payable administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
1+ year of Accounts Payable, accounting clerical, or related administrative experience preferred.
Experience with invoice processing and three-way matching preferred.
ERP experience required/preferred; SAP experience is a plus.
Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
