Schedule Options:
1st Shift: Monday Friday, 5:00 AM 1:00 PM
1st Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Position Summary:
Arrow Staffing is seeking experienced Stand-Up Hi-Lo Drivers for a growing food manufacturing and distribution company. This position is responsible for safely operating stand-up forklifts to move, store, and stage products throughout the warehouse while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a stand-up hi-lo (reach truck) safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, move, and stack products and materials.
Pick and stage customer orders accurately.
Supply production lines with materials as needed.
Transport finished goods to designated storage locations.
Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records.
Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance concerns.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and food safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous stand-up hi-lo/reach truck experience required.
Experience in a food manufacturing or food distribution environment preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and inventory system experience preferred.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
