$20 per hour (DOE)
Full-Time | Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

About the Role:
As an Internal Recruiter, you'll manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of clerical, administrative, warehouse, and manufacturing positions while providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients.
Responsibilities
Source, recruit, interview, and screen qualified candidates
Match candidates with client opportunities based on skills and experience
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and new hire paperwork
Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Build and maintain talent pipelines
Communicate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
Meet recruiting goals while delivering an outstanding candidate experience
Qualifications
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus
Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency
