EXPERIENCED QUILT MACHINE OPERATOR RIALTO, CA
Location: Rialto, CA
Pay: $26 - $28/hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Job Type: Temp to Hire, Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Job Description:
Arrow Staffing is looking for an experienced and reliable Quilt Machine Operator to join a mattress manufacturing team in Rialto, CA! In this role, you will operate industrial quilting machines to produce high-quality mattress panels and covers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a Mattress Manufacturer.
Job Duties:
Set up, operate, and monitor multi-needle quilting machines
Load and adjust fabric, foam, and other materials
Inspect finished quilted panels for quality and defects
Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting
Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Work collaboratively with team members on the production line
Complete production paperwork and quality checks
Requirements:
Previous experience operating industrial quilting machines or similar textile/sewing machinery required
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Excellent attention to detail
Basic math skills and ability to read measurements
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Must be available to work the full Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM shift
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
