Processing Technician Arrow Staffing

Location: Yucaipa, CA.
Schedule: 1^st & 2^nd Shift, Monday Friday
Pay: $18.50-$24.00/hr., Depending on Experience
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Arrow Staffing is hiring for a growing engineering and manufacturing company seeking a Processing Technician to join their team. This position is a great opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or processing experience who enjoy working with equipment, following detailed procedures, and maintaining quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor equipment used for heat treating, deburring, cleaning, and other processing operations.

• Perform chemical processing according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

• Follow Traveler instructions and established processing procedures.

• Visually monitor parts throughout the processing operation.

• Record important production information, including temperatures, processing times, chemical ingredients, and cleaning results.

• Complete computer time entry and other required documentation.

• Follow contamination-control procedures and complete end-of-shift duties.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Work as part of a team to identify and resolve production issues.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or a similar environment preferred, but not required.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic shop math and computer skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to visually inspect products.

• Good hand dexterity and ability to identify and distinguish colors.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

• Ability to lift, lower, and occasionally push up to 50 lbs.

• Work environment may include exposure to noise, moving mechanical equipment, oils/solvents, fumes, and odors while following required safety procedures and PPE requirements.
