2nd Shift Powder Coating Technician (3:00 PM 12:00 AM)

What You ll Do:

• Set up, operate, and fine-tune powder coating equipment.

• Apply powder coatings with precision to achieve smooth, consistent finishes.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet high quality and appearance standards.

• Perform routine equipment upkeep and help maintain an efficient workspace.

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety-focused at all times.

• Work alongside a supportive team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

What We re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of hands-on powder coating experience.

• Solid understanding of powder coating processes and equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle parts throughout the shift.

• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-minded.

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow procedures.
