Arrow Staffing is hiring! A leading worldwide manufacturer of airborne particle counters and microbial samplers is looking for an Electronic Assembler to join their team. This company, located in Redlands, CA. have applications predominantly in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food & beverage processing, and aerospace industries. We are searching for a sharp, and self-disciplined individual to help grow their market presence.

The Electronics Assemblers perform electro-mechanical assembler of instruments and sub-assemblies. They perform assembly line tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency and quality.

Shift: 1st, 7am to 3:30pm

Pay: $16.95 - $17/hr. Depending on Experience

Temp to Hire position

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalency (required)..

  • Experience: 1-year electronics or electro-mechanical assembly experience (preferred)

  • Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment

  • Ability to handle physical workload

  • Ability to work well in teams

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team to assemble entire products or sub-assemblies

  • Rotate through tasks for specific production processes

  • Conduct quality inspections on products and parts

  • Prepare finished products for shipment

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform intricate hand manipulations, such as typing a minimum of 25+ WPM.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time required
