Pay Rate: $20.00 $22.00/hr. DOE
1st Shift | 7:00 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Arrow Staffing in Ontario is seeking an experienced Customer Service / Sales Representative with strong data entry skills and experience supporting both customer accounts and vendor partners in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Process high-volume sales orders and purchase orders via EDI and manual entry
Provide pricing, quotes, shipment details, and customer support
Coordinate order updates, lead times, and issue resolution with vendors
Handle incoming calls, emails, and order inquiries
Process labels, invoices, ship notices, and documentation
Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
Perform administrative and office support duties
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service, order processing, or administrative experience
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with customer and vendor communication
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Multi-line phone system experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
