Shift: 1st Shift 7-4 or 8-5
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Arrow Staffing in Ontario is currently seeking a Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our client s team in a call center environment. This role provides office support by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies while handling customer communications and order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and purchase orders via EDI and manual transactions

• Receive and respond to customer communications (phone calls, emails, and online platforms)

• Handle order entry, error resolution, and problem-solving

• Ensure timely communication with sales, vendors, and distribution teams to guarantee order accuracy

• Provide product knowledge, pricing, and availability information to customers

• Accurately process order changes, complaints, and shipment inquiries

• Generate and process electronic ship notices, labels, and invoices using EDI systems

• Assist callers with requested information and maintain strong customer/vendor relationships

• Perform general office administrative tasks as assigned

• Collaborate with team members and maintain professional communication

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or administrative support

• Experience with multi-line phone systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong administrative writing and reporting skills

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

• Professional, reliable, and a team player
