Location: Grand Rapids, MI 49508

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Shift: 9AM Start time

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join a fast-paced environment working with fresh food products. This role involves handling, processing, and packaging produce while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and assist in food processing and packaging

  • Handle and prepare fresh food products in a safe and efficient manner

  • Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency standards are met

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines

  • Accurately label, pack, and prepare products for shipment

  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and production areas

  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines

  • Assist with changeovers and basic equipment troubleshooting as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (food industry a plus)

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in a cold or refrigerated environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
