Manufacturing Production Associate - Trimmer
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Pay Rate: $20.50/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 5:00am-2:30pm
Friday: 5:00am-1:30pm (Every Other Friday Off)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Trimmer to join a technology manufacturing company.
The ideal candidate will have experience using small hand tools or precision scissors, possess strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain trimming equipment to prepare materials or products to specified sizes and shapes.
Inspect materials for quality and ensure they meet production standards before and after trimming.
Accurately measure and cut materials according to project specifications or production guidelines.
Remove excess material, ensuring a clean and precise finish on all products.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during operation and handling of tools and materials.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Familiarity with trimming tools, equipment, and techniques commonly used in the industry.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or specifications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure precision in work.
Basic math skills for accurate measurement and cutting.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle repetitive tasks and operate machinery.
Willingness to follow safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
