Job Description
Position: Machine Technician Experienced
Location: Yucaipa, CA.
Arrow Staffing is hiring for a leading engineering and manufacturing company in Yucaipa, CA. is looking for manufacturing professionals to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in machine operation, production, quality inspection, or machining who is looking to build their skills and grow with a stable company.
Pay: $18.50-24.00/hr., depending on experience
1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM Midnight
Schedule: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do
Operate and monitor machines used to produce metal or plastic components.
Perform machine start-up, basic controls, lubrication, and material handling.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Use measuring and inspection equipment such as micrometers, microscopes, pin gauges, drop gauges, toolmaker s scopes, and automated measuring equipment.
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, travelers, and work instructions.
Identify defects and follow proper sorting and quality-control procedures.
Perform basic shop math and maintain accurate production and quality standards.
Complete machine tear-down, end-of-job duties, and housekeeping.
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Work as part of a team to resolve production and quality issues.
What We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, machining, or quality inspection experience preferred.
High School Diploma/GED; technical or machining education is a plus.
Ability to read and follow written instructions, drawings, and specifications.
Basic shop math skills.
Good hand dexterity, eyesight, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to occasionally push up to 50 lbs.
