$19.00/hr.
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Arrow Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join their growing manufacturing team for a client in Banning, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing experience who are looking for long-term employment with a stable company. Employees will receive hands-on training in multiple production areas and should be comfortable learning new processes in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
Machine operating experience preferred.
Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and good attendance.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Must be willing to learn multiple production processes.
Candidates who live in or near Banning or Beaumont are strongly preferred for commute reliability.
Background check and Drug test is required
Job Duties
Operate molding machines used in the production of rubber tires.
Package and assemble finished products according to quality standards.
Operate robotic equipment in the vacuum forming department.
Perform visual quality inspections throughout the production process.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining productivity goals.
Cross-train in multiple production departments as needed.
