Entry-Level Machine Operator- Therma/Vibra Operator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a production environment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Training will be provided.
Work Environment:
The warehouse is hot and well-ventilated. Candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery under supervision.
Load raw materials into machines and unload finished parts.
Perform basic quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Report equipment malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors.
Assist with routine maintenance, cleaning, and changeovers.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
3 to 6 months prior experience required; manufacturing or machine operation experience a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
