1st Shift | 7:00 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Arrow Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Service / Sales Representative to join a growing company in Ontario, CA. This position is ideal for candidates with strong customer service, order processing, and administrative experience who thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
Process high-volume sales orders and purchase orders through EDI and manual entry
Provide pricing, quotes, shipment updates, and customer support
Coordinate order status, lead times, and issue resolution with vendors
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Process invoices, labels, ship notices, and related documentation
Maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies
Support daily office and administrative functions
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service, sales support, order processing, or administrative experience
Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience communicating with customers and vendors
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with multi-line phone systems
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience with drop shipping and vendor management is a plus
