Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay: $19 $21 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our growing manufacturing operation. This role serves as a key link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate order processing, clear communication, and on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and customer-focused. They understand that processes evolve and are willing to learn existing systems before identifying opportunities for improvement. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a positive, service-driven mindset.
You will represent our company to customers and play a vital role in delivering a professional, dependable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
Provide timely, professional responses to inquiries (within 24 hours)
Enter, review, and verify customer purchase orders, including pricing, parts, terms, and delivery dates
Collaborate closely with Sales, Quoting, Engineering, Scheduling, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Accounting teams
Prepare job packets and documentation to support production scheduling
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, changes, or delays
Expedite orders as needed to meet customer deadlines
Maintain accurate quote folders and customer records
Coordinate and manage shipping schedules
Answer and route incoming calls appropriately
Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a professional front-office presence
Troubleshoot issues independently and in collaboration with internal teams
Walk to departments as needed to resolve order or production issues
Balance customer satisfaction with company objectives
Address challenges professionally and escalate concerns when appropriate
Adapt communication style to work effectively with diverse personalities

Qualifications
High School Diploma required (Associate s Degree preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or manufacturing support role
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
