Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist Temporary (3 Months)
Redlands, CA
$26 $28/hour | M-F | Business Hours

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized and experienced Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist for a 3-month assignment.

  • Process and manage accounts receivable transactions with a high level of accuracy

  • Generate and send invoices in a timely manner

  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts

  • Reconcile A/R records with the general ledger

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries

  • Maintain accurate records of all payments and account activity

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper billing documentation

  • Prepare reports on aging and account status

What We re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combinations of experience and education

  • Experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role

  • Experienced with Ad Hoc AP/AR analysis, research and reporting

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Ability to manipulate large amounts of data -pivot tables & v-lookups

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Clear communication skills for both internal teams and clients
