Job Summary

Arrow Staffing is seeking a dependable Press Operator to join a leading rubber molding company in Rancho Cucamonga. This role involves operating injection and compression molding machines and supporting the vibratory and thermal processing areas. The position requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection and compression molding presses.

• Load and unload baskets with rubber parts for vibratory, thermal, and washing processes.

• Inspect finished parts for quality and remove flash/sprue.

• Perform basic machine setups and adjustments as directed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• 6+ months of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.

• Comfortable working in warm environments and high-paced production areas.

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

• Reliable and team-oriented attitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Male candidates preferred due to the heavier lifting requirements.
