Job Position: On Site Supervisor

Location: Ontario, CA 91761

Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Shift:

Description: Responsible for the day-to-day recruitment and management of temporary associates assigned to a client company. Will monitor performance within shifts or sites to assure that all staffing requirements are met, that all policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all objectives are met. Assures that all associates are trained in proper techniques for the efficient, safe and quality performance of their job(s).

Essential Job Functions:

Monitors staffing levels to satisfy scope of work.

^\ Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for all positions

Interviews and selects talent based on the client s job description.

Adheres to compliance requirements for all talent, including and not limited to running background screening, drug tests, and COVID tests

Effectively on-boards new hires for a productive first day experience.

Conducts first day in-person arrival of new associates and first day quality control follow-up with supervisor.

Participates with client management to proactively understand needs.

Engages associates on the floor for early intervention, support, safe behaviors and coaching.

Tracks associate performance and ensures compliance.

Monitor s time clocks

Processes payroll on a weekly basis.

Provides management reports to client management per their request

Administers Retention and Guidance Recognition programs and fun-factor activities.

Requirements:

BA Degree preferred

3 years experience operating in a similar capacity with 6 months of supervisory experience

Computer literate Microsoft office

Outstanding Communication Skills written and verbal

Bilingual Spanish, ability to multi task.
