Schedule: Friday - Tuesday 2:30P - 11:00P or Saturday - Wednesday: 11A -7P 

Starting Pay: $15.00


A Day on the Job: 

  • Responsible for configuring and troubleshooting related IID hardware and software.
  • Follow technical processes to Calibrate, QC and troubleshoot product in a process driven environment.
  • Resolve technical issues through electronic medium such as email or phone.
  • Configuring related equipment
  • Following process documentation
  • Identify, resolve and advise on operational issues
  • Work with custom PC applications
  • Document events using software tools
  • Update procedural documents and inventories
  • Analyze equipment with the help of diagnostic tools and procedures
  • Resolve recurrent problems and difficulties
  • Coordinate equipment replacement
  • Identify technical issue and resolve the problem via phone, email or any other electronic medium


What You Need to be considered: 

  • Proficient in using PC applications such as web browsers, e-mail, etc
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently, and respond promptly
  • Good communication and organization skills are essential
  • Should be able to analyze and interpret technical procedures and process documentation
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of word processing and browser-based software
  • Detail oriented
