Job Description

A large distribution center, located in the Rialto area, is looking for a Warehouse Administrative Assistant.


This company is offering Temp-to-Hire opportunities to everyone! 


Job Description: 

  • Organize and maintain files and databases.
  • Schedule meetings and record meeting notes as needed.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Receive invoices and review for accuracy.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests.
  • Generate reports.
  • Compile and maintain warehouse supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating
  • needed supplies; Providing report so purchase orders can be placed.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Coordinate office procedures.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter that can question / challenge information being given, identifies gaps and areas for
  • improvements.
  • Ability to handle information and to stay on task.

Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday (Maybe Saturday)
