Job Description

Customer Service Representative Duties: 


  • Checks drivers in and out at shipping department window
  • Processes shipping documents
  • Uses company email to communicate with carriers
  • Receives, investigates and responds to all customer inquiries regarding product shipments
  • Provides timely and accurate information to customers concerning orders, returns, shipments and products
  • Processes customer orders/changes according to standard procedures
  • Calls customers when necessary to advise of shipment delays and/or other information pertaining to their order
  • Provides timely feedback to supervisor regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Monitors equipment processes and reports problems to supervisor
  • Follows standard operating procedures
  • Keeps area safe, clean and organized
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Hours are: 11am-7:30pm Monday- Friday training will be held from 9am-5:30pm 


Pay: $18/HR
