Job Description


A county department is seeking a temporary office clerk to provide clerical support for their Tax and Auditor division.

What do you need? 

  • One year of recent experience in a clerical role in a professional setting 
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally 
  • Detailed orientated 
  • Ability to comply with policies and guidelines 
  • Ability to perform clerical tasks

What will your day look like? 

  • Schedule: M - F 8A -5P 
  • Starting Pay: $17/hr.
  • Complete data entry 
  • Filing 
  • Answering inbound calls, categorize and assign issues accordingly
  • Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending memos and emails
