Job Description

Receptionist needed for busy staffing company located in Ontario.  Ideal candidate will enjoy answering busy phones, greeting applicants, administering testing, and coordinating a variety of projects.  Must have good microsoft office suite, outlook, word and excel, type 45wpm, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and an eye for detail. Must be bilingual

The purpose of the In house Receptionist is to greet all visitors in person or via telephone in a professional manner. The Receptionist will support the recruiters in their day to day duties, so the branch runs smoothly at all times.



  • Answers phones and greets visitors
  • Processes payroll weekly
  • Sends direct deposit and pay card info to Payroll weekly
  • Guides applicants through onboarding process
  • Emails all new candidates within 24 hours of registering
  • Weekly notifications to all applicants
  • Calls new applicants
  • Reviews new associate files for all documents before filing.
  • Keeps lobby, interview rooms and testing areas clean, disinfected and clear of clutter
  • Orders supplies, keeps sufficient supply of candidate forms available
  • Special projects as assigned.

Skills Needed:

· Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal

· Typing 45 wpm

· Good organizational skills

· Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft office suite; word, excel and outlook

· Ability to prioritize work load

· Some medical terminology preferred

· Bilingual Spanish required



· 2 years office or customer service experience

· Some college preferred
