A large well known beverage company in Corona, CA. is seeking an International Payroll Specialist to join their team. Ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of international payroll processing experience, knowledge of Ultimate Software (UKG) and advanced Excel skills. Position Summary:

The International Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate processing and recording of the company’s multi-country payroll, providing timely and accurate payroll information with payroll providers and HRIS system.



Essential Job Functions:

  • Support the Global LATAM and APAC payrolls by reviewing payroll transactions to ensure all biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly payroll payments accurately reflect current compensation levels and withholdings in accordance with local labor laws and requirements.
  • Communicate professionally and regularly with payroll service providers in international locations to ensure timely, accurate processing, and according to local requirements.
  • Process and record payroll and related transactions in accordance with monthly deadlines.
  • Calculate and process approved pay adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate irregularities or issues to the Director of Global Payroll.
  • Monitor and distribute payroll reports to Finance.
  • Ensure leave balances are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Regularly review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Assist with audit requests and provide reports and other supporting documentation for internal and/or external audit preparation.
  • Provide general support of financial operations and perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Process all new hires, terminations, and job changes into the HRIS system.
  • Create and generate reports from the HRIS system.



  • 3-4 years of experience processing international payroll.  LATAM and APAC is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills in multiple languages. Spanish is preferred.
  • Knowledge of international payroll and hiring best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Ultimate Software (UKG) a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, advanced in Excel.
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service, exhibit a sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality.
