Job Description

A large medical imaging manufacturing company in Ontario is seeking for an Administrative Assistant role.


The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with great customer service skills and an excellent attention to detail. If you meet the qualifications below, please submit your resume and contact our office for an immediate interview.


Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $16.00


Job Duties:

• Answer Phones

• Order Processing and Order Entry

• Maintain and develop positive working relationships with clients and vendors

• This position will be working with a team of administrative assistants

• Enter PO#’s and prepare shipping lists

• Answer questions regarding sales and purchase orders

• Contact vendors to arrange pickups or drop-shipments



• 1-2 years of administrative or 3PL experience

• Familiar with Quickbooks, SalesPad or Microsoft Great Plains softwareS
