Job Description:

  • Ability to handle incoming calls in a fast-paced office setting
  • Professional interpersonal skills to successfully address customers’ inquiries and/or complaints.
  • Effectively deal with customers who may be worried, frustrated, or angry.
  • Proficient product knowledge in order to answer customers’ questions accurately and efficiently.
  • Thorough understanding of telephone and computer systems to ensure the call center systems operate effectively


  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline, and customer-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new processes quickly and accurately, and effectively communicate them to reporting associates.

  • Highly motivated self-starter
