Major manufacturing company located in Corona, CA. is looking for an International Logistics Administrator


Ideal candidate will have experience in SAP software as well as advanced skills in Data Entry and Excel with knowledge in transportation (BOL's, disposals, creating claims)


Mon thru Fri - 8AM to 5PM - $18.50 per hour

Summary: The Logistics admin will be responsible for completing daily, weekly, monthly disposals from all warehouse facilities managed by Corona based team (multiple countries) in a timely manner. Review first report of damages submitted by co-packers and review documentation provided and request proof of deliveries from carriers to confirm damages upon receipt. Damages can include shipping location damage or transportation damage. Call out any trends with facilities for review with logistics Admin Lead. Assist Logistics Admin Lead with duties as necessary such as creating claim numbers in the damage portal, follow up on outstanding claims, help prepare damage claims for final review and approval by Operations Management.

  • Interact with a multitude of internal areas including Transportation, Inventory Control, and Accounting.
  • Interact with a multitude of external customers including Carriers, Co-Pack facilities, Brokers, and Warehouse facilities.
  • Work independently and excellent time management
  • Ensure data entered in tracking web site is accurate and complete
  • Utilizing SAP system on a daily basis
  • Other duties as assigned by Logistics Manager


 Position Requirements:

  • SAP experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to understand issues, help create solutions
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, self motivated and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office
