Job Description

We are currently conducting interviews for qualified administrative candidates with experience in providing great customer service. Our client takes inbound calls from a variety of customers and businesses and you would be tasked with determining the nature of the call and directing callers to the appropriate destination per client directions or a script. The ideal candidate will be committed to ongoing learning and training and will work well on their own and as part of a team.


Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Typing skills of 30 wpm
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Able to Multi-task



  1. This is a temp-to-hire position and benefits are provided after successfully being hired on by the company
  2. Our goal is to successfully convert associates after 90 days of work
  3. Pay starts at $13.50/hr. and incentives are provided for good attendance and for quality work


*Flexible Hours (Must be able to work an 8 hour shift Monday through Sunday between the hours of 12 noon and 1am)
