This growing call center is seeking a customer service representative to join their team in the heart of Redlands to service clients nationwide. Job Description:

  • Ability to handle incoming calls in a fast-paced office setting
  • Professional interpersonal skills to successfully address customers’ inquiries and/or complaints.
  • Effectively deal with customers who may be worried, frustrated, or angry.
  • Proficient product knowledge in order to answer customers’ questions accurately and efficiently.
  • Thorough understanding of telephone and computer systems to ensure the call center systems operate effectively
  •
