Job Description

This position is expected to perform data/reporting analysis by auditing Item Codes, Authorizations, COT’s, bottlers, and Margin Minder and Matrix reports. In addition, the Data Management Representative will provide customer service to the MEC sales team while assisting the Data Management Lead with daily tasks and reports as needed.


Essential Job Functions:


• Audit reporting data integrity. Identify reporting errors and resolve issues within 1 business day.

• Audit quarterly audits comparing VIP iDiG against Margin Minder and Matrix Reporting (Including territory transitions).

• Run Weekly Audits to ensure active Bottlers are reporting correct Class Of Trade for each outlet.

• Audit monthly bottler certification Audit and ensure updates are processed within VIP SRS and SAP.

• Run in-depth reports within VIP iDiG to identify and correct distributor reporting errors.

• Identify Non-Reporting Bottlers (Notify Data Management Lead with any reporting discrepancies).

• Weekly Auditing of distributor item codes (validating bottler codes against VIP reporting).

• Weekly Auditing of chain authorizations in iDiG (work hand in hand with sales team to resolve all issues).

• Communicate weekly updated to the MEC Sales Team.

• Audit Monthly terminated bottler audits (Status/reporting/open accruals), notify VIP of any terminated bottlers showing as active in VIP SRS.


Position Requirements


• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, or Finance.

• 2 – 5 years of in depth analytical experience and use of sales reporting tools and data preferred.

• 2+ years related work experience.

• Business English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation.

• Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

• Ability to read, write and understand documentation in English.

• Establish and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others.

• Providing excellent customers service with both internal and external customers.

• Accurate and timely 10 key data entry for pricing.

• Possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel skills

• Able to manipulate large amounts of non-standard data using Excel into a standard format.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills; decision making and problem solving

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in group dynamics.

• Good time management skills.

• Strong multi-tasking abilities.

• Proficiency in using spreadsheets to arrange, manipulate, format, and prepare large amounts of information.
