Arrow Staffing is Hiring a Test Technician in the city of Redlands, CA. This company has been in operation for over 60 years and is a leading global manufacturer of airborne particle counters and microbial air samplers used primarily in biopharmaceutical, medical device, and life science applications to measure the air cleanliness of cleanrooms, isolators, RABS, and biosafety cabinets.

Shift: 1st

Schedule: Monday Friday, 7am to 3:30pm

Pay: $17/hr. + DOE

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalency required. Associate of Science degree in Electronics or similar technical degree preferred.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

Experience:

- Electronics Manufacturing / Electro-Mechanical assembly: 3+ years required

- Prior electronics test experience a plus

Experience using electronics lab equipment: Multimeters & oscilloscope preferred

Ability to read assembly drawings and schematics preferred

History of stable prior employment

Ability to read and comprehend Basic Math & English

Job Duties

Job duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Perform board level, cable, and sub-assembly Pass/Fail testing

Workmanship and non-conformance reporting

Establish daily work order priorities

Provide feedback to our Quality and Engineering teams

Maintain test fixtures

Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written

Must maintain a clean and organized work area

Must follow all procedures established for ISO 9001 and ISO 17025

Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Successful Candidates must be able to perform the following:

Ability to perform intricate hand manipulations, such as soldering, using a screw driver, and similar actions.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Must be able to push a cart

Sitting or standing for extended periods of time required

Must have ability to distinguish between colors
