Staging & Shipping Coordinator needed in Wyoming, MI!

Arrow Staffing is currently hiring a 1st Shift Staging and Shipping Coordinator for a company in the Wyoming area. The ideal candidate will 2-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics scheduling, or dock management. This is a long term, temp to hire opportunity!

Schedule:

• 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (subject to change)
• Additional overtime may be required

Starting Pay:

• $19-22 (depending on experience)

Job Duties:

• Lead coordination of staging and loading lanes, shipping docks, and packaging closing areas
• Report directly to and support the Logistics/Shipping Supervisor
• Help direct activities of Hi-Lo drivers and coordinate their activities
• Interact with customers professionally and respectfully during will call pickups
• Support truck drivers in performing daily pre-trip and DOT compliance inspections
• Help organize cost effective truck routes and ensure trucks are loaded and checked out by 7AM daily

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics scheduling, dock management, or truck driving
• Previous experience operating a forklift
• Must be able to meet deadlines and ERP Plan Dates and show initiative to problem solve
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, and able to work well with a team
