Pay Rate: $40K-$45K + commission

We are looking for a high energy individual with a passion for people. As an Arrow Staffing Account Manager, you will partner with clients to provide workforce solutions to drive business results. We will train the Account Manager to:

o Secure new business in the areas of clerical, manufacturing and light industrial.

o Proactively search for new business with staffing service temporary or direct hire needs.

o Build relationships to secure vendor of choice

o Drive client loyalty

o Represent Arrow Staffing in the community.

Requirements:

o 2 years temporary or direct hire staffing experience preferred but not necessary

o Daily travel within an assigned territory

o Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

o Experience with Microsoft office

o Ability to multi-task.
