As an Arrow Staffing Account Manager, you will partner with clients to provide workforce solutions to drive business results.

The successful Account Manager will:

- Secure new business in the areas of clerical, manufacturing and light industrial.

- Proactively search for new business with staffing service temporary or direct hire needs.

- Build relationships to secure vendor of choice

- Drive client loyalty

- Design customized solutions

- Meet Key Performance Indicators and Sales Metrics

- Ensure client satisfaction and retention

- Drive growth and profitability in an assigned territory

- Represent Arrow Staffing in the community.

Requirements:

-Bachelors Degree preferred

- 2 years business to business sales in a service industry

- 2 years temporary or direct hire staffing experience preferred but not necessary

- Daily travel within an assigned territory

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

-Computer literate

- Experience with Microsoft office
