We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, particularly within a machine shop environment. This role is critical to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

• Starting Pay: $26/HR.

• Schedule: M- F | 6:00A 2:30P

• Type of Position: Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiently use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators, thread gauges, and CMM.

• Read and interpret blueprints to inspect parts according to GD&T format and drawing specifications.

• Execute FAI Reports with a thorough understanding of AS 9102 Standard.

• Initiate NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) as per procedures when issues arise.

• Perform Receiving, In-Process, and Final Inspections.

• Create and evaluate RMAs (Return Material Authorizations).

• Coordinate, schedule, and attend source inspections.

• Maintain a Calibration Log for test instruments and arrange timely calibrations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a QC Inspector role, preferably in a machine shop environment.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in leadership related role

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
