Job Title: Production Supervisor

Position Overview:

Arrow Staffing is looking for Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of electrical, fabrication, painting, and sanding teams to ensure production targets are met efficiently and with high quality. This role involves work package distribution, adherence to production schedules, maintaining safety and housekeeping standards, and supporting continuous improvement within the facility. The supervisor will serve as a working lead, assisting production as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of electrical, fabrication, painting, and sanding personnel.

• Distribute work packages, communicate production sequences, manage order due dates, and ensure quality standards.

• Oversee training of new and current personnel to enhance skills and maintain consistent production quality.

• Review and interpret technical drawings to ensure specifications are met during fabrication.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization across the factory floor.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations throughout the plant.

• Notify materials management team of necessary tools, supplies, and materials required for the shop floor.

• Lead and participate in weekly communication meetings with employees to discuss updates, goals, and address concerns.

• Take responsibility for the Fabrication, Sanding, Washing, and Paint areas, ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Serve as a hands-on leader, assisting with production tasks where required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a factory environment, including involvement in hiring decisions.

• Skills and Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of purchasing processes.

• Proficient with computer systems for reporting, scheduling, and communication.

• Familiarity with electrical systems and equipment.

• Knowledge in routing and letter bending techniques is a plus.
