• Starting Pay: $19.00

• Location: Redlands, Ca

• Schedule: Monday Friday 5:00A 1:30P

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules based on sales data and incoming orders.

• Optimize resource utilization and prioritize tasks to meet company objectives and deadlines.

• Respond swiftly to production issues, adapting resources as needed to minimize disruptions.

• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals.

• Ensure daily production targets are met to uphold customer satisfaction.

• Analyze and prepare necessary production documents.

• Utilize data analysis for effective decision-making in raw material supply and finished goods demand.

• Maintain production schedules and relevant reports.

• Coordinate with teams to expedite material flow and meet production timelines.

• Provide regular status updates on production progress and inventory.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of college coursework preferred.

• Experience: 1 year of data entry or computer experience in a related field, along with knowledge of production scheduling and manufacturing environments.

• Proficiency in MRP systems.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Customer service-oriented with flexibility in handling various activities.

• Problem-solving skills and time management expertise.

• Passion for process improvement and promoting organizational success.

Computer Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Sage or Great Plains is advantageous.
