We are hiring for a Plant Manager with Aerospace industry experience to spearhead our operations and driver our success to new heights!

Position Highlights:

  • Job Type: Full-time/ Direct Hire

  • Pay Range (DOE): $120,000.00 - $150,000.00

    Qualifications:

  • 5+ years as a Plant Manager in aerospace component manufacturing.

  • 5+ years managing staff.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical, Industrial, Engineering, Chemical).

  • Proficient with ERP and office software.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.

  • Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Role Overview:

As the Plant Manager, you will oversee the entire manufacturing operation, ensuring production, supply chain, engineering, HR, finance, and customer service functions meet business goals. You will manage production schedules, coordinate across departments, and address issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Operations team, ensuring customer delivery performance and motivating staff.

  • Conduct meetings to review production schedules, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

  • Manage engineering and production teams to improve efficiency and compliance.

  • Maintain and update the company quality program and industry certifications.

  • Develop processes and procedures for efficient operations and safety compliance.

  • Resolve technical issues and incorporate feedback into product improvements.

  • Ensure raw material security and production floor safety.

  • Assist sales with project specifications and communicate requirements.
