Now Hiring: Machine Operator 2nd Shift
Location: Byron Center, MI

Pay- $18.75

Schedule- 3pm to 11:30pm Monday Through Friday

Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. This role involves assisting in the manufacturing process through the operation of equipment, quality checks, packaging of products, and general work area upkeep.


Key Responsibilities
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Support day-to-day production tasks including inspection, packaging, and material handling.

  • Operate machinery and tools in accordance with established safety and quality standards.

  • Wrap, stack, label, and prepare products following detailed production guidelines.

  • Use side-wrappers and pallet jacks to move or organize product.

  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of debris.

  • Operate recycling equipment such as pre-breakers and re-grinders for EPS materials.

  • Follow all safety and quality procedures; participate in related training..

  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.


Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Prior manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to understand and communicate in English preferred.

  • Comfortable using basic math and hand-held measuring devices.


Physical Requirements & Work Conditions

  • This role requires light to moderate physical activity throughout the shift.

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and reaching is expected.

  • Must be capable of lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.

  • Tolerance for changes in temperature and operating machinery safely is essential.
