A well-established sheet metal company based in Riverside, specializing in precision manufacturing and assembly. Committed to delivering high-quality products to our clients in diverse industries, we are currently seeking both Experienced Press Brake operator and set up to join their dynamic team.

Position Highlights:

  • Hiring for 1st and 2nd Shifts

  • Offered pay rate: $21.00/HR. +DOE

  • Temp to Hire

  • Location: Riverside, Ca

Experienced Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform sheet metal assembly using Heagers machines and base mechanical ASSY techniques

  • Conduct thorough inspections of produced parts to ensure adherence to quality standards

  • Utilize measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, high gauges, etc.) for precise measurements

  • Interpret engineering prints and specifications accurately

  • Set up and operate Heagers machines

  • Demonstrate self-starting qualities and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Conduct pull tests, push tests, toke applications, and other required tests

  • Ensure adherence to cosmetic specifications and Heagers specifications

  • Utilize prior sheet metal experience and knowledge of press brake, hard tool, turrets, and welding techniques

Entry-Level Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform basic maintenance on machines used in the assembly process

  • Conduct routine facility maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment

  • Operate forklifts to handle materials and assist in material movement

  • Learn and assist in various aspects of sheet metal assembly under the guidance of experienced team members

Requirements for Experienced Assemblers:

  • Previous experience with Heagers machines and base mechanical ASSY

  • Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, high gauges, etc.)

  • Ability to interpret engineering prints and specifications accurately

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Familiarity with pull tests, push tests, toke applications, and cosmetics specifications

  • Knowledge of sheet metal and experience with press brake, hard tool, turrets, and welding processes

Requirements for Entry-Level Assemblers:

  • Basic experience in machine maintenance and facility upkeep

  • Forklift lift Experience on Sit Down
