What We re Looking For:

We re searching for a problem-solving, hands-on Maintenance Pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you love fixing things, troubleshooting issues, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is the perfect role for you.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience: Hands-on maintenance work in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical (the more, the better!)

• Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities

  • Comfortable using hand and power tools

  • Great communication and teamwork you ll work closely with a solid crew

• Safety Savvy: Understanding of proper safety protocols, chemical handling, and waste disposal

• Bonus Points For: Forklift experience (certification is a plus!)

What You ll Do:

• Level I Learn facility maintenance, cleaning, and safety procedures. Assist with separating metal chips and oil/solvents. Keep the property clean and organized.

• Level II Handle repairs and maintenance like changing light bulbs, basic painting, masonry, carpentry, and minor fabrication. Order supplies and communicate repair needs.

• Level III Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and lighting systems. Ensure proper waste and water disposal according to safety standards.
