About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Office Assistant to support a small office in San Bernardino. This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and has experience with both accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be familiar with QuickBooks Desktop and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data and maintain records in QuickBooks Desktop
Process invoices and received payments accurately
Review and organize incoming mail and emails
Answer incoming calls and direct as needed
Draft, respond to, and manage email correspondence
File documents and maintain organized filing systems
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
Qualifications:
Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop is required
At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Comfortable with multi-tasking and shifting priorities
High school diploma or equivalent required
