Location: Kentwood, MI
Pay: $28 $30/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Friday, 5:00 AM 1:00 PM

About the Role:
Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a skilled Maintenance Technician, where your expertise keeps production moving. You ll handle advanced mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting, along with HVAC, pneumatics, hydraulics, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems

• Work with PLCs, VFDs, relays, photo eyes, sensors

• Read schematics and build/modify control panels

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance

• Electrical installations, conduit, panel wiring, HVAC systems

• Support production uptime goals

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work environment

• Support employee training and development in total productive and predictive maintenance

• Provide regular updates to employees and teams regarding the status of maintenance requests

• Perform all other duties as required

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing

• Trade certifications, HVAC/EPA certifications preferred

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting/programming

• Panel building and wiring experience a major plus

• Fork truck operation experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required
