Job Position: Industrial Machine Technician (Direct Hire)

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Rate: $35.00/Hr.

Shift: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Machinery Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills to professionally guide clients through technical issues. Must have experience repairing industrial metalworking machinery, including lathes, mills, hydraulic shears, press brakes, CNC folders, and other fabrication equipment.

CNC experience is preferred, but we will train

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in machinery repair and maintenance.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.

220 and 440 high voltage experience.

Experience operating forklifts and handling machinery.

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to customer sites.

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.

A High School Diploma or GED is required; technical certification is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional, on-site assistance and customer service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Recommend and explain parts and services to customers, both on-site and over the phone.

Troubleshoot, repair, and replace parts for various industrial machines (e.g., lathes, mills, hydraulic shears, press brakes, etc.).

Use technical knowledge to effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.

Demonstrate proper troubleshooting and repair techniques for machinery.

Read and understand technical manuals, electrical schematics, and assembly instructions.

Maintain an organized and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards.

Collaborate with team members to support and achieve company goals.
