We are seeking a proficient CNC Machine Operator with a strong background in blue print reading and measuring tools to join a leading sheet metal fabrication company. They specialize in producing high-quality precision sheet metal components for the aerospace industry.

Position Highlights:

Location: Riverside, Ca

Pay Range: $18/HR. - $24/HR.

Shift: 6am-2:30pm, possible OT, M-Fri.

Type of Position: Temp to Hire

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our sheet metal fabrication process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring the production of accurate and high-quality sheet metal components. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate closely with our production team to meet production goals and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and other equipment.

Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

Measure and inspect workpieces using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality.

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.

Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and quality standards.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator, preferably in a sheet metal fabrication environment.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong knowledge of measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers.

Experience with CNC machine operation.

Knowledge of sheet metal materials, cutting tools, and machining techniques.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
