Your Role as Machine Operator III:

You ll operate and maintain advanced machinery to produce quality products, meet deadlines, and uphold safety standards. As a versatile team member, you ll contribute to process improvements and provide leadership when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various equipment, including presses, saws, heat guns, hot wire tools, and more.

• Monitor production quality and complete process documentation accurately.

• Perform setups for complex machinery and evaluate its readiness for production.

• Train fellow team members on machine operations and processes.

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production challenges.

• Inspect parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• Proven expertise in operating and setting up complex machinery (Operator II level experience required).

• Strong blueprint reading, advanced math skills, and familiarity with metric and standard measurement tools.

• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

• Leadership qualities and a passion for training others.
