• Pay Rate: $18.00

• Schedule: M- F: 5:00A 1:30P

Major Function:

• The Assembler Operator is responsible for assembly, complete machine documentation, and various assembly operations to ensure the efficient production of our machines.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build standard machines as required by daily shipping reports, following checklists and manufacturing order definitions.

• Refer to machine checklists for assembly steps before release to testing.

• Record and complete machine documentation information, including serial number, date, model, and initials, in the machine completions logbook.

• Verify that manufacturing orders match the actual approved machine and contents, including correct materials and labor time.

• Report defective assemblies or components to the final Assembly Lead and replace them as necessary.

• Assist with other machine assemblies as required.

• Build custom machines as required or assigned.

• Prep stock trailers if required, including tires and axles.

• Perform production unit clean-up tasks as assigned, following work instructions and safety standards.

• Sweep machine building paths daily or as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous machine assembly experience preferred but not required.

• Mechanical inclination is necessary.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Proficiency in basic mathematical operations.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

• Willingness to work in a non-air-conditioned manufacturing environment.

• Comfortable working around mechanical/pneumatic tools and using them safely.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and multitask effectively.

• Reliability, dependability, and good attendance record.

• Willingness to work occasional overtime, including Saturdays, as work demands.
