Job Description:

Arrow Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our manufacturing team. This position is essential to our production process, ensuring high-quality products are made efficiently and safely. If you thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment as needed

  • Assemble, package, or inspect products for quality control

  • Load/unload materials and maintain clean work areas

  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools

  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment

  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic

  • Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
