Pay Rate: $20.00-23.00 per hr., depending on experience
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Overview:

A medical distribution center in Ontario is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their team on the 1st shift. This role involves order fulfillment, inventory control, forklift operation, and general warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.

  • Communicate shortages or order issues to the sales team.

Receiving:

  • Inspect all incoming packages.

  • Separate returns from new products.

  • Hand count and input inventory into system.

Returns:

  • Assist in checking and processing returned items.

Inventory Management:

  • Keep stock areas clean and organized.

  • Perform periodic hand counts to verify stock.

  • Report damaged or non-conforming products.

General Warehouse Duties:

  • Fulfill orders, restock inventory, print shipping labels.

  • Operate cherry picker and sit-down forklift.

  • Use UPS and FedEx shipping software.

Training & Maintenance:

  • Attend required company training events.

Requirements:

  • Sit-down forklift experience would be nice

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand for long periods.

  • Flexible to work overtime as needed.

  • Inventory tracking & reporting

  • Equipment operation & maintenance

  • Basic data entry and documentation
